BATCH is a residential complex taking root on the site of the historic Balfour's Bakery in Adelaide. This establishment, one of Australia's earliest food manufacturers, began its journey in 1853. Its founders, Scottish immigrants James Calder and Margaret Balfour, launched their venture with a small biscuit and cake shop when they landed in Australia. Now Batch stands as a nod to the past with it’s modern adaptation.
